We are passionate about sportsmanship and expect the members of our club to respect the rules, spirit and etiquette of the game. We will respect our teammates, opponents, coaches, officials, and spectators. We will be a positive reflection of ourselves, our team, our club and our community.

We want to provide an instructional environment that is engaging, educational and enjoyable. Ultimately, soccer should be fun. We have an opportunity to give our youth a safe, fun place to learn soccer that will be memorable for years to come.

We are committed to the development of individual players within a team setting with a thought for the player’s respective need today and with an eye on the future. We do this by maximizing the soccer potential in all players with age-appropriate training to complement the team’s growth.

We want to approach everything we do with the best quality. We will all have days where we are not at our best, but it is still important to put in the best effort that you are able to for that day. “Do more than what’s required”. 

We are committed to continuous improvement of ourselves and the participants in our programs. We will actively pursue formal and informal learning opportunities to foster growth at the individual, team and club level.
